To deploy minimum man power : i.e. 2 nos. Fitter, 2 nos. Mechanics and 2 nos. Electrician per day & operator 4 nos. each shift (3shift a day) in working day as well as in holidays also for operation of all gates of Galudih Barrage i.e. Spillway, Under sluice, HR gates etc. The deployed man power will also maintain/operate Gantry Crane. Lighting, arrangements of Barrage, Control room, I.B. & Colony premises, D.G. Set & all equipments for smooth operation of all gates of Galudih Barrage. #*. Maintenance pf all the Barrage gate (Under sluice & spillway),H/R gate (Right & Left), Gantry crane, Monorail crane, High Mast light, street light including supply of spare parts during the maintenance period (such as, Rope, Pully, Motor repair Break shoe change of rubber seal of gates, 'Vapour lamp), Running of Diesel Generator Set 160 KVA of control room and 20 KVA D.G. set of I.B. with its Repair, Supply of Diesel, Mobil, Servicing and M/R. of electrical & water supply of I.B. all complete job including the instruction given by the concerned authority to maintenance the above equipment. #*. Painting of all the gates of Galudih Barrage and H/R gates its hoisting arrangement, Gantry crane, Path way including sand blasting, printing with Zink reach primer, painting of under water parts with Apoxy paints & above water parts with synthetic paint, as required all complete job. #*. Deployment of Adequate nos. of Armed security for safety of Barrage, Guide Bundh & entire premises related to Barrage.
